Aubrey Brawner
Assistant Director of Recruiting and Civic Education
Aubrey is the Assistant Director of Recruiting and Civic Education in the School of Civic Leadership. A lifelong Longhorn, Aubrey earned her B.A. in history from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in history from Durham University in England. She taught advanced and on-level history courses at the high school level for seven years before returning to Austin to join the School of Civic Leadership. In addition to her work with UT, she serves on the board for Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer.
