Ric is an Administrative Assistant with the School of Civic Leadership at the University of Texas at Austin. He brings a background in healthcare administration, information security, and program coordination, having previously worked at Kaiser Permanente and Authentic8. His experience spans administrative operations, project coordination, and process improvement.

Ric holds a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity and a master's degree in computer science with a concentration in cybersecurity engineering, both from Colorado Technical University. Originally from San Diego, California, he relocated to the Austin area in 2025.
