Elizabeth brings extensive experience as a grant writer and research administrator, supporting youth, family, and community programs and coordinating complex proposal development for federal, state, local, and foundation sponsors. Elizabeth earned her Ph.D. in Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin and her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of San Diego.
