Cynthia Ma

Cynthia Shihui Ma is postdoctoral fellow at the School of Civic Leadership. Her research focuses on conceptions of statesmanship in ancient Greek and Chinese thought. Her dissertation examines the nature of political knowledge in Plato’s Statesman. 

In 2023, Ma received the Emerging Scholar Award from the Ancient Philosophy Society.
