Jennifer Sainz-Bauer
Assistant Director of Advising
Jennifer Sainz-Bauer is the assistant director of advising for the School of Civic Leadership, where she leads advising initiatives that support student success, leadership development, and civic engagement from orientation to graduation. She works closely with faculty, staff, and the broader UT campus community to ensure students have the guidance and resources needed to thrive academically and personally. Previously, she served as an academic advising coordinator at the Cockrell School of Engineering, where she managed programs like the E.S.S. Tutoring Program and the Calculus Room. She holds an M.Ed. in higher and post-secondary education from Arizona State University and a B.A. in social sciences from Colorado State University.
