Paige Marcus
Senior Director of Principal Gifts
Paige Marcus Madden serves as Senior Director of Principal Gifts at The University of Texas at Austin, for the GIFT team, where she partners with alumni and friends to advance the university’s most significant presidential priorities. Since 2021, her work has been closely tied to the School of Civic Leadership, allowing her to be involved with the school from its earliest conceptual stages through its ongoing growth and development.
In her role, Paige focuses on building long-term philanthropic partnerships that support academic excellence, faculty leadership, and student opportunities. She works closely with alumni and friends of the University to create meaningful mission driven impact through their philanthropy.
Prior to joining the university, Paige served as a consultant with a Central Texas based nonprofit consulting firm, where she advised organizations on development strategy, donor engagement and campaign planning. Earlier in her career, she also worked in the medical field, an experience that continues to inform her relationship-centered approach and appreciation for mission-driven service.
Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Sociology from the University of Kentucky. She brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to philanthropy and is deeply committed to helping build institutions that educate and equip future leaders.
